to prevent the conduction of foreigh trade transactions and provision of documents violating procedure established by Currency Control regulation of the Russian Federation; to prevent the conduction of foreign trade transactions and provision of documents in violation of procedure established by Currency Control Regulation; to apply optimum methods to exchange documents with the Bank (in cases permitted by Currency Control Regulation the Bank receives Currency Control documents from the clients by the system CLIENT-BANK).
